Fabric and construction

The tubes are 210D nylon with a TPU coating on the outside, and the floor is a thicker 840D nylon with a TPU coating on both sides. These TPU coated fabrics are UV, abrasion and tear resistant, and hold up well to low temperatures and ageing. Seams are both sewn and heat welded, and each packraft is inflated and leak tested before dispatch.
